“Luxury” is an exploration of “touching with the eyes”, as we are presented with a mysterious scenario which we cannot properly see, but among textures we still recognise. All done in a luxurious brown hue.
“Luxury” is a study, essentially, of the colour Brown. A mysterious image of a dark-haired woman. Where exactly she is, and what she is doing is open to debate. I like the idea of the textures that the image emits, velour, skin, hair, silk and cotton, it’s almost as if you can touch them with your eyes. One of my favourite pieces.
